Prepare the package
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way. All items with a security tag attached must be returned with the tag still in its original position. -
Organise return pick-up
Complete the online form with all requested information. Once your return application is confirmed, our Client Service will contact you via call and arrange a courier to pick up.

Courier Pick-Up
Please check your mailbox or text message for confirmation of the pick-up date. If you are not in possession of the Waybill, please go back to the Order History to download it.
