Remember:
Reimbursement will take place 14 days after reception of the returned item and verification of its condition. Reimbursements are made through the same payment method with which you made your purchase.

Prepare the package
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way. All items with a security tag attached must be returned with the tag still in its original position. -
Organise return pick-up
Contact Miu Miu Client Service sending an email to client.service.eu@miumiu.com to arrange the pickup, provide all the requested information and preferred date and time that will need to be confirmed by the forwarder.

Courier Pick-Up
Please check your mailbox or text message for confirmation of the pick-up date. If you are not in possession of the Waybill, please go back to the Order History to download it.
